Memo to the general public: if you’re a guy who gets his jollies from picking fights with mascots at various sporting events, it’s probably time to re-examine your life. During Tuesday night’s showdown between the Boston Bruins and Tampa Bay Lightening, the latter team’s mascot went around doing his usual mascot shtick. He talked to some fans, shot silly string at others – normal mascot behavior. Well, one chunky fan in the stands reacted kind of poorly to being shot with silly string.

So essentially, the mascot attacker went from being a random fan watching a hockey game, to a stupid, annoying thug that his family is no doubt ashamed of. Smart decision.
