You don’t generally look to the NBA for subtle, understated video montages. After all, this is the same league that gave us a talking basketball and an assortment of players doing their best impressions of Two-Face from the Batman movie to hype up the playoffs. But this past Christmas Day, in an effort to get everyone into the hoops spirit, the powers that be did something special. They let the NBA’s storied history and a soft tune set the mood for what will undoubtedly be a year to remember.
