Kobe Bryant has rightfully gotten a lot of flak over the last few weeks for not passing the ball enough to his teammates. His incessant need to ballhog, even when he has two 7-footers in the lineup who can take a lot of pressure off him (if he were to let them), is mostly the byproduct of his ridiculous levels of self-confidence. Bryant literally believes that nobody in the world can make the shots that he can make.
As annoying as that can be to watch sometimes, when he provides jaw-dropping highlights like the one he provided during the Los Angeles Lakers’ victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night, it’s tough to argue with his logic.
