Melissa Gilbert and her professional dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy had a little incident while performing the paso doble on “Dancing With The Stars.”
After Melissa and Maksim’s dance, the show’s host Tom Bergeron announced, “She injured herself and as a precaution she’s gone to the hospital to get checked out.”
But, the actress took to Twitter later that evening to assure fans, “I’m alright. Mild concussion and whiplash. Very soon I will be safely home resting and being taken care of.”
Chmerkovskiy was also injured and his brother Val revealed, “He hurt his elbow during rehearsal doing one of the tricks, and now he pulled his groin.”
