LiLo is being accused of battery in a fight that broke out at a nightclub in Los Angeles over the weekend.
As Entertainment Weekly reported:
A woman filed a report to the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station on April 7 claiming the 25-year-old actress shoved her at a West Hollywood nightclub on April 5.
Lind's publicist told Us,
"As of right now, all indicators are that this is yet another example of somebody looking for either money, 15 minutes of fame, or a little bit of both."
This comes less than a week after she completed probation for a 2007 DUI case.
