Video: Washington State’s Ken Bone Slips, Falls During Game vs. Washington

Sunday proved to be a tough day for Washington State head coach, Ken Bone. On top of eventually falling to rival Washington 75-65, he also experienced something of an embarrassing moment that unfortunately (read: fortunately) was captured by the always-present television cameras.

With about nine and a half minutes remaining in the second half, Bone ran towards a referee flailing his arms and attempting to call out a timeout. He was so focused on calling the timeout, in fact, that he didn’t watch where he was going. Predictably, he slipped and fell to the floor – hard.

Seeing as it looked like Washington State actually had a chance at winning right around that point, it’s probably safe to say that the team’s eventual collapse qualifies as the insult that followed that injury.
