As many NBA players can attest to, it’s very tough to come up with cool, highlight-worthy dunks in this day and age. Thanks to social media and the development of online videos, the market has become so ridiculously saturated with nifty jams that even the biggest dunk connoisseurs around are now left scratching their heads wondering what else could possibly be done.
Lithia Springs (Ga.) High senior Bobby Brown seems to have some ideas.
This past Saturday, in an effort to re-enthuse dunk lovers who have become disenfranchised with the whole thing ever since the NBA started sending nobodies and their cousins to star in All-Star Saturday's main event, Brown brought the heat. Or, more specifically, he brought five hoops prospects and then he brought the heat.
