Video: Girls Turn Themselves Into Living Dolls

The Daily Mail reports on yet another disturbing youth craze on YouTube: young girls turning themselves into life-like dolls. The girls stare into the camera with wide eyes, porcelain skin and cupid bow lips.

Some say the odd style appears to be inspired by the Japanese anime culture, which values big eyes and long straight hair. Critics say the "living doll" videos are sexualizing young girls. But it's not limited to young girls, reports say that Japanese women have been doing this since 2010.

Is this a harmless craze or could it lead to eating disorders?
