The recent story about a police officer who was caught on video giving himself the old “low five” while on duty raises serious questions about protocols at the Santa Fe, New Mexico, police department.
New information about Sergeant Mike Eiskant suggests that his masturbatory misstep is only the latest in a long line of unprofessional and sexually inappropriate behavior.
Officer Eiskant was caught, literally, with his pants down, when his dashboard camera shot some embarrassing footage, which runs over ten minutes and is extremely graphic.
In the film, Eiskant is seen unzipping his trousers and talking to himself.
“Oh you have big beautiful breasts, baby,” says Eiskant, apparently addressing a pornographic image on his smart phone. “Show me that big, show me that juicy (unknown), baby.”
After ten minutes of that rap, Eiskant’s performance is interrupted by a police call. KOB-TV obtained the video, which came to light amid serious accusations of stalking and sexual harassment leveled against Eiskant, according to the Daily Mail.
But the scandal doesn't stop there. Apparently, Eiskant has exhibited a pattern of this kind of sexual misconduct on the job and has even been the target of complaints within the department.
Former officer Shannon Brady described Eiskant as a “creeper,” and said he is a known stalker of women. “They had plenty of opportunities over the course of many years to do something about it and they refused to,” said Brady.
Eiskant is scheduled to retire in November. It is unknown how this latest incident will affect his pension and benefits.

Interesting factoid: when Eiskant was promoted to sergeant he was given the badge number “69.” It is possible that Eiskant requested this designation, though his former compliance officer Raymond Rael insists it could be a coincidence.

This officer should had been fired not for masturbating but for cell phone use while driving which could lead to many deaths and accidents while on the porno site specially if on a pursuit. He!He!
