In case you weren’t sure that God had completely and totally forgiven the Los Angeles Clippers for their past transgressions, we got further proof on Sunday night when the team in L.A. trounced Mark Jackson’s Golden State Warriors. The play of the day, though, wasn’t a lob as you might have expected it would be. Rather, it came on an absolutely ridiculous last-ditch effort by Caron Butler to make something happen out of nothing once he heard the whistle get blown.
