The actress and her husband, Beverly Hills 90210's David Silver, were holidaying in Hawaii last year when they were snapped by pap Delbert Shaw. It's claimed Shaw followed them into their resort where Fox apparently shouted "are you going to let him get away with that?" and encouraged her husband to pummel him and throw his iPhone into the sea. Shaw is suing for unspecified damages.
