Knicks Baron Davis Out with Herniated Disk, Newspaper Calls it Something More Painful

New York Knicks point guard Baron Davis is one of the more injury-prone players in the NBA these days. As a result of some combination of questionable conditioning and natural wear and tear, it feels as though every single time you look up how he’s doing, the talented former all-star is hurt in one way or another. Because of this, you can’t really blame the Charlotte Observer for losing track of specifically what injury Davis is nursing this week.

It’s actually only a herniated disk, but close enough. Knowing Baron Davis the way we do, it’s probably only a matter of time before he comes down with the other injury anyway.
