Satisfied with accomplishments made in Gaza, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert announced that Israeli troops would be departing from the war-torn region.
Departure has already begun, but the international community is still watchful of the situation. Since neither the Palestinians nor the Israelis achieved long-term goals, many world leaders are concerned about continued instability.
